Privacy Policy

Orbit8r Group LLC ("Orbit8r", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Orbit8r website and cloud Services. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, why we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We collect account information such as name, email, organization, authentication records, role, and workspace identifiers; billing information such as invoice, transaction, tax, and payment status data; support and contact messages; and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, approximate location, timestamps, logs, diagnostics, cookies, and usage telemetry. Customer Content processed through a workspace is handled on the customer's instructions as described in the applicable agreement.

2. How we use information

We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, provision and operate Services, process payments, send transactional messages, respond to support requests, monitor performance, prevent abuse and fraud, protect security, troubleshoot incidents, improve products, comply with law, and enforce our agreements. We do not sell personal information.

3. Legal bases

Where data protection law applies, we process information to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, and with consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and session continuity. We may use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand service performance and usage. Where required, non-essential technologies are enabled only after consent. You can control cookies through your browser and any consent controls we provide.

5. Sharing and service providers

We share information with infrastructure, database, authentication, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, customer support, and payment providers that process it to provide their services; professional advisers; authorities where legally required; and a successor in a merger, financing, or asset transaction. We require appropriate contractual and security safeguards and do not authorize providers to use information for unrelated purposes.

6. International transfers

Orbit8r and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent safeguards. Contact us for more information about applicable transfer safeguards.

7. Retention

We retain account and billing records for the life of the account and as needed for legal, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and security purposes. Support records and technical logs are retained for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes. Customer Content is retained according to the customer agreement and deletion workflow, subject to backup cycles and legal holds. We securely delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time. We will verify requests as reasonably necessary and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may appeal a decision where required and complain to your local data protection authority.

9. US state privacy rights

Where applicable, residents of US states with privacy laws may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about categories of personal information collected and disclosed. Orbit8r does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights. 10. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging, monitoring, backups, and security procedures appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we identify a breach requiring notice, we will notify affected parties and authorities as required by law.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child provided information to us.

12. Customer Content and regulated data

Customers control what they submit to their workspaces and are responsible for notices, permissions, and lawful processing. Do not submit sensitive or regulated data unless your agreement and the relevant Service expressly support it. We may provide a data processing addendum or security documentation for eligible customers.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice for material changes where required by law.
