Trust & operating policies
Public trust, security, acceptable-use, and operating policies for Orbit8r Group LLC.
Account & access
Customers are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, assigning appropriate workspace roles, and notifying Orbit8r promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Access to restricted console areas is limited to authorized account members.
Acceptable use
Orbit8r may be used for lawful software development, deployment, hosting, observability, and infrastructure operations. Customers must secure credentials, respect service limits, maintain lawful content, and cooperate with reasonable security investigations.
Prohibited activities
The platform may not be used for malware, credential theft, phishing, botnets, unsolicited bulk messaging, illegal content, sanctions evasion, fraud, impersonation, abusive scanning, cryptocurrency mining without approval, weapons trafficking, or services designed to facilitate financial crime.
Security & incident response
Access is protected through authentication, least-privilege permissions, audit logging, secret management, backups, and provider safeguards. Report suspected security incidents to security@orbit8r.com. Orbit8r will triage, contain, preserve evidence, remediate, and notify affected parties when required by law or contract.
Service operations
Orbit8r may perform maintenance, make compatibility changes, apply safeguards, or temporarily limit a workload when necessary to protect the platform, customers, or service reliability. Material service incidents are communicated through available support and status channels.
Business continuity & vendors
Critical workloads may rely on managed infrastructure providers. Orbit8r maintains recovery procedures, access reviews, dependency monitoring, and operational status communications. Subprocessors process data only to provide contracted services and are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
Responsible disclosure
Security researchers and customers should report vulnerabilities responsibly to security@orbit8r.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Do not access, alter, or disclose another customer’s data while investigating.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, cancellation timing, and any applicable credits are described in the applicable order, invoice, or service terms. Contact billing@orbit8r.com with your account email, invoice reference, and reason for the request. Orbit8r reviews requests consistently and in accordance with applicable law; this policy does not promise a refund where the applicable service terms do not provide one.
